How do I make a valid offer?

Always make your offer in writing. These are the details your offer must include to avoid painful misunderstandings.

To avoid painful misunderstandings, it is advisable to always make your offer in writing. Be sure to include the following in your offer:

the names of the buyers
the property you are making an offer on (address or, if applicable, cadastral reference)
the price offered
how long your offer is valid. We recommend a maximum of 7 days
any conditions attached to your offer
date and signature
